12 For the sin of their mouth, and the words of their lips: and let them be [a]taken in their pride, even for their perjury and lies, that they speak.
13 [b]Consume them in thy wrath: consume them that they be no more: and let them know that God ruleth in Jacob, even unto the ends of the world. Selah.
14 And in the evening they [c]shall go to and fro, and bark like dogs, and go about the city.
